Groups of ten or more receive a discount of 100 yen per person. Please book in advance.
Admission is free for holders of a Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, or Rehabilitation Certificate. Please present your certificate at the entrance.
* The certificate's portrait photo will be used for identity verification.
Admission is free for elementary, junior high and high school students on school visits accompanied by a teacher (must be booked in advance).
Advance tickets are not available. Please purchase tickets on the day at ticket machines or reception.
The café and gift shop may only be used by ticket-holding visitors.
Long objects such as umbrellas or selfie sticks may not be taken into the exhibition rooms. This also applies to large baggage. Items that do not fit in lockers should be left with reception staff. For umbrellas, please use the stand at the entrance.
Ticket machines do not accept cashless payment.
The Konara Café does not accept cashless payment.
