Is there a parking lot? 
Yes, there is.
The parking area is located just inside the entrance, in front of the buildings. You can use the parking lot free of charge. Visit the page below for access information.
Is there a parking lot for buses?
Yes, there is.
Three bus parking spaces are available on site for buses up to mid-size. Large buses are requested to use the parking lot at the adjacent Roadside Station "Meiji no Mori Kuroiso." Please note that the entrance road to the N's YARD parking lot is 6 m wide, with curbs and walls on both sides.
Is there a taxi stand?
No, there isn't.
There are no taxi stands or cruising taxis in the area around N's YARD. If you wish to take a taxi from the facility, please notify staff, who will arrange one for you.
Where is the nearest station or bus stop?
For local bus routes, "Aoki Besso-mae" bus stop.
For Kanto Transportation buses, "Aoki Besso-mae" bus stop. N's YARD is a 7 min walk from the bus stop.
Are disabled parking spaces available?
Yes, they are.
Disabled parking spaces are located at the rear of the facility. If you plan to use one, we recommend contacting us in advance for a smoother arrival.
Is photography allowed?
Photography is allowed outside the shop.
Photography is prohibited inside the shop. However, it is allowed in other areas.
Please note that the use of flash, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, or any other long equipment is not permitted within the facility.
Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos of other customers or staff.
Is video recording allowed?
No, it is not allowed.
Video recording is prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility.
Can I post the images I take on the internet?
You can only use them for personal use.
Photographs taken at N's YARD are for personal use only, such as on your social media or blog. Please be considerate of other visitors and staff, and respect their privacy if they appear in your photos.
The images you take must not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes.
On what days is N's YARD closed?
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and the winter closure period.
Please check the calendars for more details. N's YARD also closes each winter from late-December until early-March.
What are the opening hours?
9:50 am to 5:00 pm
N's YARD is open from 9:50 am to 5:00 pm (last admission 4:30 pm). The gift shop is open from 9:50 am to 5:00 pm. The café is open from 9:50 am to 5:00 pm (last orders at 4:30 pm).
Are credit cards or digital payments accepted?
Accepted.
We accept major credit cards (including contactless payment), as well as e-money and QR code payments.
Is it possible to visit the gardens only? (for walks, etc.)
No, it is not.
The garden contains artworks and is not open visitors without purchasing an admission ticket.
Are there nursing rooms and diaper changing spaces?
Yes, there are.
Private rooms that can be used nursing are located at the rear of the locker area. Diaper changing stands are available in the multipurpose toilets.
Can the exhibits be viewed by wheelchair users?
Yes, they can.
N's YARD is barrier-free, enabling wheelchair users to enjoy the exhibits.
Is discount admission available for groups?
Yes, it is.
A ¥100 discount per person is available for groups of 10 or more with advance booking by the previous day.
Is the admission fee waived for students visiting as part of school classes?
Yes, it is.
Admission is free for elementary, junior and senior high school students on school visits accompanied by a teacher (must be booked in advance).
Are there admission discounts or benefits for seniors or other individuals?
No, there aren't.
Discounted admission is only offered to groups.
Can tickets be purchased in advance?
No, they cannot.
Advance tickets are not available. Please purchase tickets on the day at ticket machines or reception. Groups of ten or more must contact N's YARD in advance.
Is a discount available if I have a Disability Certificate?
Only for the certificate-holder.
Admission is free for holders of a Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, or Rehabilitation Certificate.
Is it possible to visit just the gift shop?
No, it is not.
This facility is for visitors to N's YARD and as such may only be used by ticket-holders.
